We offer a basic heat treating service which includes cryo (if needed), one base 2 hour temper cycle and one hardness RC test on 25% of the blades per batch order with a minimum of 2 blades being tested.  

Final straightening and tempering to the desired hardness will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Pricing is $8.00 per blade with bulk pricing starting at 5 blades.

 

We are not offering blade straightening for this service price. We will do our best to prevent bows and warps during processing.
